I DID'T DO IT

While I understand that parter-level accounts are supposed to have special processing, saying "Partners cannot be missed" is both factually inaccurate, and not helpful. 

Especially when you are speaking to the tech who is trying to clean up the mess, as opposed to the tech who, when they set up the case, and the origional RMA, did not bother to set this up as a partner case. At no point did the caller in question mention they were a partner. At no point did the caller ask for a partner exchange. The entire reason they called back in was because they wanted to set up an advanced RMA, and the word 'partner' was not mentioned during the call. The customer's partner status was only realized because someone else who touched the case after the call recognized the address. 

If you want to yell at someone, fine, but how about the person who made the actual screwup, as opposed to the guy who got the call and had to clean it up
